Our Tailored Meal Plans are based on your individual likes and dislikes, along with your goals, to give you a personal plan outlining exactly what to eat each day.
How it works
First, you will fill out a questionnaire detailing your lifestyle, food likes and dislikes etc. We then design a personal meal plan for you with a good balance of nutrient-dense foods and more fun things, like chocolate.
We provide you with a Day 1 plan and a Day 2 plan, consisting of:
You will alternate between these two plans for the week. As time goes on, our aim is to help you learn more about nutrition and how to “swap” out food and recipes using an app like MyFitnessPal.
We will also advise on exercise protocols. Bottom line: some form of movement is required in order to achieve results but exercise is also important from a health perspective.

All plans are calorie based plans. Calories for fat loss are calculated based on each individual and their goals . Calories are based on weight, height, sex and current / planned activity levels.
